You are the most amazing husband, and I know you are going to be such a great daddy. As I watch you with other kids and see how well you interact with them, it makes me feel so blessed. Seeing your face light up when you know it is that time of night when you get to read your Mother Goose story to Peanut, it also makes me feel blessed. FYI... Peanut moves like crazy when he hears those stories!
I am just so lucky to be able to be married to such a wonderful man, and I know we will be great parents.
I love you so much, and I can't wait for the day when Peanut arrives and see him/her in your arms. It will be such a special day!
Well... We have now been moved into our new house for a week - and we are really enjoying it! We have mostly settled in, but I won't let Cori put any pictures up until we get a desk for the office and (more importantly) a refrigerator.
Cooper seems to like living here... He (knock on wood) hasn't had an accident in the new house. He really enjoys playing fetch up and down the stairs, though he hasn't really adjusted to the idea of staying in the backyard without us (he's such a weiner!).
Peanut, too, enjoys living in his own house - Cori says he has been moving and squirming and jumping around a lot! I will admit to being a little jealous over the fact that I can't feel him move yet, but I am looking forward to feeling him kick in a few weeks. We are slowly gathering things... a few toys and such. We've been looking at cribs and other furniture, and now that we've closed on the house and know we've got a little bit of money left, we can actually start thinking about picking some of that stuff out!
We're going to have some type of a housewarming/cook-out soon... More to come on that later!
